Products and bundle
What planners are available?
The U.S. Foundation Collection includes the Monthly Budget Planner, Annual Financial Planner, Debt Freedom Planner, Savings Goals Planner, and Emergency Fund Planner. Each can be purchased separately, or all five can be purchased together in the complete bundle.
What is included with an individual planner?
Each planner package includes the Excel workbook, a START_HERE guide, Quick Start Guide, Complete User Guide, personal-use license, and file manifest.
What is included in the five-workbook bundle?
The bundle contains all five complete customer packages plus a bundle START_HERE guide and bundle file manifest. Each planner package remains inside its own ZIP so the files stay organized.
How much does the bundle save?
The complete bundle saves approximately 39% compared with purchasing all five planners separately. Prices display in the shopper’s active market currency.
U.S. edition and compatibility
What makes these the U.S. editions?
The workbooks use U.S. dollar formatting, MM/DD/YYYY dates, U.S. English, and household terminology intended for customers in the United States.
What software should I use?
Desktop Microsoft Excel is recommended. The planners are supplied as XLSX files. Compatibility with Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, browser-based spreadsheet tools, or older Excel versions is not guaranteed because formulas, formatting, charts, or validation controls can behave differently.
Do the planners work on Windows and Mac?
They are designed for desktop Microsoft Excel on supported Windows or Mac computers. The interface can look slightly different between Excel versions.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. The planners are local files and do not require a bank login, financial-data connection, Verolane account, or monthly subscription. You enter only the information you choose.
Downloads and file setup
How are the files delivered?
After a successful order, Shopify sends order confirmation and digital-download instructions to the email address used at checkout. No physical item is shipped.
I cannot find the download email. What should I do?
Check spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered folders. Confirm that you are checking the same email address used at checkout. When contacting support, include your order number and purchase email, but do not send completed workbooks or sensitive financial information.
How do I open the download?
Save the ZIP file to your computer, extract it, and open the START_HERE PDF first. For the complete bundle, extract the outer ZIP, then extract only the individual planner package you want to begin using.
The ZIP file will not open. What should I try?
Download it again using a stable connection, confirm the download completed, save it to a normal local folder, and use your computer’s built-in extraction tool. Avoid trying to open the ZIP directly from an email preview or temporary browser folder.
Excel shows Protected View or Read Only. Is that normal?
Excel may place downloaded files in Protected View. Review that the file came from your Verolane purchase, save a working copy to a trusted folder, and use Excel’s standard controls to enable editing. Keep an untouched backup of the original package.
Privacy, backups, and licensing
Where is my financial information stored?
The workbook information is stored wherever you save the files. Verolane does not receive the financial details you enter. Protect completed workbooks with device passwords, current security updates, and secure backups.
Can I share the planner with my spouse or household?
The personal-use license covers the purchaser or household. It does not allow public sharing, resale, redistribution, uploading to template libraries, or providing copies to clients, students, employees, or other households.
Can I use the planners for clients or my business?
The included license is for personal or household use. Contact Verolane before using or distributing the files in a client, classroom, workplace, commercial, or organizational setting.
Results, advice, and support
Will the planners give me financial advice?
No. The planners are organizational and educational resources. They do not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit, insurance, legal, or other professional advice. Results depend on the information and assumptions entered.
Can the planners guarantee savings or debt payoff?
No. They organize information, calculate scenarios, and help make progress visible. They cannot guarantee financial outcomes, and projections are not promises.
What should I include in a support request?
Use the Verolane contact page and include your order number, purchase email, product name or SKU, computer type, Excel version, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private financial information.
How are refund or duplicate-purchase questions handled?
Contact Verolane with your order number and purchase email. Requests are reviewed using the store’s posted policies, the order and delivery record, and applicable consumer law. Do not email sensitive workbook contents.
