What will I receive?
You will receive the digital files listed on the product page. Most Verolane financial products include an Excel workbook, a Quick Start Guide, a complete User Guide, and a personal-use licence.
Will anything be shipped?
No. Verolane planners are digital downloads. No physical item will be mailed.
Which software should I use?
Microsoft Excel is recommended for the intended experience. Other spreadsheet programs may display formulas, formatting, charts, or validation controls differently.
Are the planners designed for Canada?
The Foundation Collection uses Canadian-dollar formatting and plain Canadian English. The underlying planning concepts can also be useful elsewhere, but tax, legal, credit, and account rules vary by location.
Using the planners
Do I need spreadsheet experience?
No advanced spreadsheet knowledge is required. Editable cells are clearly identified, and every planner includes instructions.
Do the files connect to my bank?
No. The workbooks are private local files. You enter the information you choose to use.
Can I use the planners for my family?
Yes. A personal-use purchase may be used for your own household. Files may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or used to provide commercial services to other people.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Calculations, payoff dates, forecasts, and projections are estimates based on the information entered. Actual results can differ.
Orders and downloads
When will I receive my files?
After payment is confirmed, the digital-delivery system will provide access to the purchased files. Please keep the email address used at checkout accessible.
What should I do if I cannot access a download?
Contact Verolane through the store contact page with the order number and purchasing email address so the order can be reviewed.
Can digital products be returned?
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law or when a file is defective and cannot be reasonably corrected.
