Digital products
Verolane planners, templates, workbooks, guides, software licences, and similar products are delivered digitally. No physical item is shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Delivery
After payment is confirmed, download access or licence instructions are delivered through the store's digital-delivery process. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address and keeping access to that inbox.
Compatibility
Each product page describes the intended software or format. Microsoft Excel is recommended for Verolane Foundation Collection spreadsheets. Other applications may display formulas, formatting, charts, validation controls, or features differently. Customers should review compatibility information before purchasing.
Refunds and cancellations
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final after a file has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or a licence has been issued, except where required by applicable consumer law.
If a file is defective, incomplete, corrupted, or materially different from its product description, contact Verolane through the store contact page with the order number and purchasing email address. Verolane may provide troubleshooting, a corrected file, replacement access, or another appropriate remedy.
Duplicate purchases
If the same customer accidentally purchases the identical product more than once, contact Verolane promptly. Any remedy will depend on the order circumstances, delivery status, and applicable law.
Personal-use licence
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases are licensed for the buyer's personal or household use. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, sublicensed, uploaded to file-sharing services, or used to create competing commercial products.
Planning estimates and advice disclaimer
Calculations, forecasts, payoff dates, savings dates, and similar outputs are estimates based on information entered by the user. Verolane products are organizational and educational tools and do not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit, insurance, or legal advice.
Support
For download or file problems, use the store contact page and provide the order number, product name, purchasing email address, and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or full payment-card information.
